This is DC Comics' character, Mon-el. He's not really Superman's brother and most of his adventures take place in the future and on other worlds. You may need to read the Wikipedia entry for him to get the title.

also, he was briefly known as valor in the 90's if i remember right... and recently he replaced superman in the jla
